Outside there is an infinity pool with an exceptional view of the Umbrian hills. The swimming pool is set below the ground level of the main building and is equipped with service areas such as a bathroom, showers and changing room.

is characterised by a large double-height living area dominated by a fireplace whose trapezoidal hood extends to the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase with wooden steps suspended in the load-bearing perimeter masonry.Outside there is an infinity pool with an exceptional view of the Umbrian hills. To the main body, which respects the geometry and shape of the original farmhouse, a new body has been added, designed in a contemporary language,
Two large stone partitions support a two-pitch projecting roof made of glulam beams. On the long sides, the two pitches leave the interior visible thanks to a glass window that closes the side gable.
This creates an effect of extreme lightness and suggestion when, in the evening with interior lighting, the roof seems to float on the two walls covered with split stone.
