The hotel is located in the center of a large green area which develops along the natural slope of a small hill bordered behind by the Calore river Irpino. The nineteenth-century type layout is found not only in the style of the building, but also in the design of the garden, which has remained rigidly symmetrical. The renovation and modernization project involves numerous interventions that can be carried out independently of each other.

For the pool areas, the renovation of the solarium floors has been completed, alternating with lawn areas and floating floor paths that connect the area to the Club House and to the relaxation areas arranged in a radial pattern, on which Daybeds with adjacent hydromassage tubs are placed. such paths. The existing, smaller swimming pool was also completely covered inside.

The project involved the installation of (removable) curtains to recreate moments of shade necessary for the various areas and mobile furnishings of great aesthetic-functional quality such as sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas.

Finally, the football field will be transformed partly for parking use and partly will host a padel court, a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch.

The areas will be fully lit and equipped with electrical and water systems and everything necessary for correct use.

For the Club House building, redevelopment interventions are planned in the bar area serving the swimming pools and in the wellness and thermal wellness areas with the complete review of the aesthetics of these places.
