The space of the Naples office is characterized by a large open space connected with meeting rooms, relaxation areas and technical spaces.
The distinguishing feature of the project is both the physical and perceptual fluidity of the spaces;
transparent diaphragms
allow for the visual connection of the spaces and at the same time the view of the urban landscape.
The geometry of the building dialogues with the
fluidity of the lighting design
characterized by light fixtures whose shape was customized for this project and with some elements taken from the immense imaginative world of made in Naples.
From the colors and symbols of playing cards, which personalize some interior design elements, to artworks created ad hoc, by Neapolitan artists.
A stained-glass fifth houses a collection of “Neapolitan cuccuma” reinterpreted by Piera Monarca, while Roxy in the Box’s famous San Gennaro pop towers over the meeting room.
The Rome project also features a very open layout in which the work spaces, reception area, and meeting rooms are visually connected through the use of glass frames and open spaces.
The space can be divided into three
large functional areas
, the first with the relaxation area for employers is organized in a large multifunctional space located away from the work area in order to minimize acoustic interference.
The layout includes an open space area for workstations, common areas, welcome entrance, four meeting rooms. Then there are two focus spot rooms and two telephone booths. The cafeteria is intended as a multifunctional space for employers, with a kitchen and relaxation area.All office spaces, with the exception of the central area,
have exposed technological systems
.
In the central area, the design includes an acoustic plasterboard ceiling to mask the main mechanical systems.
