The intervention involves the re-functionalization of the entire building with a change of zoning destination from a credit institution to accommodation. In the building there are
environments of great historical and architectural located mostly on the ground and basement floors characterized by the presence of marble and decorative stucco. Also found is the presence of some wall paintings, wooden doors and valuable cathedral glass in the great hall where there is a large skylight.
Functionally, it is planned to be repurposed as a hotel facility with about 70 rooms, restaurants etc.
From 2021 to 2023, restoration work was carried out on the exterior facades, which also included the lighting design of the facades.
